Muir Lake is near the hotel. The venue is within walking distance of Suny Buffalo Law School. Room met my needs. No complaints with the property😀

It was close to the airport.
The hotel is shabby, it is in dire need of a remodeling.

Great staff
The condition of this hotel is appalling and way below the standard I am used to for Ramada. I travel quite a bit on business, and frankly this was a huge disappointment. The hotel is outdated in condition and status and should not be part of Ramada’s chain hotel. The room was noisy with equipment falling apart like the ac, and the furniture need to be replaced immediately.

Quality for the price.
Walls were a little thin, but the a/c helped

rooms were nice size with a sitting area .
breakfast was cold, and only 1 choice for hot breakfast,, Hotel changed my 2 queen size beds to 1 king size bed because they needed a two bed room, without contacting me and asking if this was okay

This is a great budget hotel. The rooms are spacious and quiet enough. The hotel stuff is friendly and accommodating.
I rented 2 rooms. One had a digital operated heater whereas the other one was analog and was not stopping the fan when the desired temperature was reached causing unnecessary noise.

Great location for Black Friday shopping (close to 3 big malls), spacious room, okay hot breakfast and budget friendly.
Found three cockroaches (1 dead) in the room.

close to shopping and restaurants and the Embers Restaurant at the Ramada was good
General condition of room fair...not soundproof, rug worn to thread bare in places. Asked on third day to have sheets changed...bed was remade to reflect a change HOWEVER very evident the bed was on ly tidied and sheets NOT changed...makes one wonder what other cleaning items were ignored! I have had many excellent experiences with the Ramada product, I am very disappointed this time.

Friendly staff, vivid location, quiet, front and back parking, extremely clean, nice design, lots of channels on tv, warm room cause was a chilly night, easy check in and check out, complimentary breakfast well organized not the best selection but a little something to put in your belly before hitting the road.
No swimming pool

Several things: 1.) I emailed the property at the time of booking and specifically requested that our room be in a quiet part of the hotel given that we were travelling with a new born baby. Our room was next to 4 rooms that were apart of a large group reservation, the second night, the room next to us was young adults who were very noisy into the early hours of the morning. 2.) Upon our arrival I was asked by the front desk clerk if we were visiting for the purpose of shopping. I said "yes" actually we are. She said oh, "too bad" as we have a cheaper rate for shoppers. I requested the cheaper rate and was told it was too late... REALLY? Too Late? You basically told me I am paying too much and now you won't honour the price I could have booked at...This is just bad customer service...I knew at that point we would not book at this hotel again. 3.) I tried to get an outside line to make a local call, but kept getting a busy signal. I called the front desk and no one answered, I called the GM's line, it rang several times then just went to voicemail. Tried the front desk again, finally someone answered after at least 10-15 rings and I was left on hold for 5 min before I hung up and tried yet again. Our phone need to be rebooted...not sure what the reasoning was. 4.) The continental breakfast was horrible, the eggs were like rubber, they were obviously microwaved on HIGH for a long time...just gross. The pastries were like "day old" specials from a supermarket. We skipped the breakfast all together the second morning. 5.) Upon check-out, I was hoping I would be asked how my stay was, but as expected, no questions were asked. This is a shame, given that this is relatively nice property with spacious rooms. We will not be returning nor would I recommend the hotel.
